Such a great experience! The food and service were all so good and made for such a great family birthday dinner. Our server, Tia, was so great. She was super sweet, patient, and approachable. She definitely helped make the whole experience much better. A great server is so important and she most definitely made the service amazing. Thank you Tia!

My first time at Jack Astor's and it was great. Tianna was our waitress, she was above and beyond nice. Always made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We were greeted very nicely at the door. The place was nice and clean and the whole staff very friendly. 5 stars all around. I would definitely recommend and go back anytime. The food was delicious. The drinks great.

I had quite a day today so I decided to eat my feelings on carbs tonight. No better place to do that than Jack Astor’s. I feel like this restaurant knocks everything out of the park with a consistency that is unmatched. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I would be amiss not to mention Falisha’s incredible presence and attentiveness to my table. Her service was on point all evening, knowing what I needed and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She’s also really funny and made me laugh. The food was out of the kitchen fast, starting with the garlic cheese bread which I highly recommend. Obviously not healthy for you and obviously I don’t care because it’s delicious. Following the bread was the loaded nachos which were crunchy, fresh and tasty topped with beef. Last up was the chicken fingers with honey garlic sauce and fries on the side. Lightly breaded chicken fingers, seasoned perfectly and crispy golden fries. Delicious! I’ve been here before and will come back again regardless of how my day went.

Kristina was such a sweetheart when helping me and my friend with our dinner. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming and had super cute hair which when i told her she even gave me a tip on how she did it, 100% recommend this place if you’re having a girls night, date, anything We got the BBQ burger and the Buffalo Mac n Cheese

I recently stopped by Jack Astor's Pickering patio with friends for some drinks and snacks, and our server, Tee, exceeded our expectations! From the moment we sat down, she warmly welcomed us and took our orders. Tee's service was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and efficient. When I wasn't fond of my initial drink, she promptly swapped it out for something else. Throughout our visit, she regularly checked in and ensured we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and genuine smile added to the relaxed patio atmosphere. We appreciated her dedication to providing great service. If you're looking for top-notch service on the patio, request Tee! She's a fantastic server who will make your experience memorable. Five stars!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jack Astor's, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish!The food was incredible. We started with the crispy chicken tenders and fries, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fries were topped with a delicious drizzle of sauce and fresh green onions, adding a fantastic burst of flavour. The presentation was impeccable, and everything looked as good as it tasted.We also tried the veggie burger, which was wonderfully satisfying. The patty was flavourful, complemented by fresh greens and a soft, buttery bun. The side Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing and croutons for a great crunch.The standout dish for me was the loaded fries with an array of toppings and sauces. It was a harmonious mix of textures and flavours that left my taste buds dancing.Beyond the food, the atmosphere at Jack Astor's was vibrant and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. We had Jules as our server. I planned a small birthday dinner for my bestfriend. She was absolutely friendly, recommended some dishes, consistent on asking us how we are doing. She also surprised my bestfriend with a small cake and sparkler. The food was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the Santa’s menu OG fried chicken. 100% recommend!

We had an amazing dining experience at Jack Astor’s! Our host, Jules, was fantastic—super friendly and attentive. The food was incredible; the steak was cooked perfectly, and the burgers were juicy and full of flavor. Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend this place!
